Mark Goodwin was born in 1969. He spent his childhood on a farm in Leicestershire, and now lives on a narrow-boat on the river Soar, just north of Leicester. He works as a community poet with a wide range of people. His latest collection Else spans 15 years of work. It is published by Shearsman Books.
